This is how you can configure your home computer to receive e-mail directly
in Outlook Express or Netscape.
General
E-mail settings for POP
When using any type of POP program for connecting to your GoBIGmedia
e-mail accounts your username must be formatted correctly. If your
e-mail is you@erieicerefs.org
then your username is you_erieicerefs_org. The
"@" and "." of your e-mail address are replaced
with "_".
Your settings should be:
Incoming mail Server (POP): pop.erieicerefs.org
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): This is not provided by
GoBIGmedia but rather by your Internet Service Provider. You can
contact them to find out what yours is. (just leave it alone, It
should work fine)
User Name: you_erieicerefs_org.
Password: The one I assigned to you for your
account.
